Thank you for shopping with Jago’s Tribe.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or bank holidays.

During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer, but we will always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

UK Shipping

Standard UK Delivery: 2–5 business days after dispatch.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be sent via email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays can occasionally occur due to postal services, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Damaged Parcels
