At Jago’s Tribe, we believe beautiful clothes should be made to last, loved for longer and passed on whenever possible.

That’s why we created Rejoin the Tribe — our clothing buy-back programme designed to give outgrown Jago’s Tribe pieces another adventure.

Return. Reward. Rewear.

RETURN

When your little one has outgrown their Jago’s Tribe baby romper or boys’ shirt, send it back to us in good, wearable condition.

REWARD

Once we’ve received and approved your returned item, we’ll send you Jago’s Tribe credit worth 20% of the item’s original retail price to put towards your next purchase.

So, for example:

£50 romper	£10 credit
£55 romper	£11 credit
£75 boys’ shirt	£15 credit
£85 boys’ shirt	£17 credit

REWEAR

We’ll carefully check and prepare suitable returned pieces before making them available through Jago’s Tribe Pre-Loved, ready to be discovered, worn and loved by another little adventurer.

Because one child’s outgrown shirt could become another child’s favourite.

What can I return?

For the Rejoin the Tribe programme, we currently accept:

* Jago’s Tribe baby rompers
* Jago’s Tribe boys’ shirts

Items should be clean, wearable and in good overall condition. We understand that children’s clothes are made to be lived in, so a little evidence of adventure is absolutely fine.

Items that are heavily stained, torn or otherwise unsuitable for another child may not qualify for buy-back credit.

How do I return an item?

Complete our Rejoin the Tribe return form with a few details about your garment.

We’ll send you the return instructions, then simply package your item and send it back to us.

Once it arrives, we’ll check its condition and, if accepted, email your Jago’s Tribe credit to you.

Return postage is currently the responsibility of the customer. Items can also be returned to us at participating Jago’s Tribe pop-ups and events.

Your Rejoin the Tribe credit

Your credit is calculated as 20% of the original retail price of the garment you return.

It can be used towards your next Jago’s Tribe purchase and is issued once your returned garment has been received and accepted.

Credit is valid for 60 days, is for one-time use and cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with another promotional discount.

Why we’re doing it

Children grow. Their clothes don’t need to become waste because they do.

By keeping beautifully made clothing in circulation for longer, we can reduce waste, encourage families to buy more thoughtfully and make better use of the resources that went into creating every garment.

And there’s another benefit.

Pre-Loved gives more families the opportunity to discover Jago’s Tribe at a lower price point, while keeping our clothes doing exactly what they were designed to do:

being worn, explored in, played in and passed on.
